What tack and clothing do you use for reining?
I know you use...
-a cowboy hat
-cowboy boots
But do you use a like rail shirt or a nice button up?
And do you use jeans or western show pants?
What about chaps?
And does it matter what the headstall is like. Like can it be ferruled, silver, crystal, plain, what?

oh, and do the horse's boots and bell boots have to be black or white, or can they be a color?
Reining tack and attire is generally low key, not ostentatious like Western Pleasure. The rider wears a long sleeve button down shirt, jeans, belt, chaps, cowboy hat, boots, and spurs. Those who wear the glittery or flashy type outfits usually stand out.
The headstall is usually plain or has a bit of silver, but nothing too fancy. Make sure that you don't use a caveson though, as those are prohibited. In all the competitions that I have been to, polo wraps/SMBs and bell boots are black and white, but that may be more of a norm, not necessarily a rule.
