diff rope halter style for better control?
Which one has more control- the rawhide noseband, but the throat latch doesnt go all the way up and behind there cheek like most rope halters...look at the different cheeks...Which one has more control??

They are not the same!
The distance between the heel knot and the turks head knot are not the same length.. Unless your horse is a halter takeroffer they would be pretty much the same. If you leave the halter on him and he can scratch it off you would need the one that goes tight around the throat latch.
If he pulls you around you could take a piece of bailing twine and jimmyrig a smaller noseband a little lower on his muzzle and give him some comminupins with it and let him know he'd better listen to you.
