Eddie, Chris Tucker, Chris Rock, J.Foxx, and Chappelle all together in a movie that will be directed by Brett Ratner(X3, Rush Hour Series....) with the possibilty of Samuel L Jackson and Denzel Washington to be put into this movie...
It will come out Summer 2008 and I am looking forward to this comedy, but with the level of comedic talent in this movie, the only thing this movie can do in my opinion, is disappoint because the expectations will be so high.

You are insane. Harlem Nights was one of Eddie Murphy's best movies. You had enormous talents, as in Coming to America, as in Boomerang, an ensemble cast of elite black actors, and each of the aforementioned flicks shined. The talent is undeniable, but you definitely need an excellent script on this one. Chappelle, Eddie, Rock, Tucker, and Foxx??? wtf! I actually don't even want Denzel in there. Somebody will get lost. Throw in Sameul Jacks and that's like having 7 starters trying to play hoops with only 5 spots available. Still, it worked to a T with Ocean's franchise. But even there Clooney and Pitt dominated screen time, and to a lesser extent Matt Damon. It will be interesting to see which big three rise to the top. My money is on Chappelle, Tucker, and Rock. Eddie really can't hang with these guys at this point in his career, and I am a little concerned that Foxx has been so serious for so long now he may have a tough time finding his comedic voice on screen again. Still, nice problem to have . . .
